Student Safety
Here at the Students’ Union we are committed to the safety and welfare of all our student members. We are always looking for ways in which to make sure students are safe, whether they are out and about in the city, on campus, attending a union event or just relaxing at home.
We aim to provide you with great safety advice and support if you get yourself into a tough situation. So if you need advice on making your student lodgings secure, on drinking, drugs, safe sex, or any aspect of your life in Wolverhampton, pop into the Union and ask to speak to our Safety Coordinator.
During the year we will be handing out attack alarms, anti-spiking devices, timer switches, condoms and all sorts of information to keep you safe both at home and at Uni and everywhere in between.
Most importantly you are our eyes and ears in Wolverhampton, Walsall and Telford so if you see something which you think is putting students in danger then let us know and we’ll make sure that we do something about it.
